Our Values

Here at Allied Home Care Services, we believe in good, old-fashioned service. This mean quality Home Care for those who are not prepared to compromise when it comes to the standard care that they, or their loved ones receive.

One of our main aims is to provide tailored, responsive and effective care as expected from all care agencies and deliver the high-end service that we would want for our own relatives.

We prioritise flexibility and have the prerogative of choice in regards to you selecting your Care Provider. The right of choice extends to the type of service we cover, and how and when it is delivered.

There is no ‘one size fits all’ solution when it comes to Care. We recognise that every one has different needs and have the right Care Assistants for all types of Care.

Our carers are what we pride ourselves on. We are a family of resilient, thoughtful and efficient Care Assistants.

Our Core Principles are:

Dignity and respect – we treat all individuals with dignity, respect, courtesy, compassion and empathy.

Person-centred Care Planning – our Care Plans are created by experienced, observant and sensitive people who put the recipient of Care at the centre of the process.

Insisting on high standards – we start by ensuring staff are carefully selected, thoroughly trained, properly valued and supported and appropriately paid.

Close oversight & Supervision – the delivery of our service is continuously monitored and evaluated to ensure that our Home Care matches expectations.

We take our obligations a Care Provider and as an Employer extremely seriously, and we place the needs of our Customers and Employees at the heart of everything we do.

At Allied Home Care Services we provide a high-quality Home Care and Live in Care service to help older people and other vulnerable adults to live independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

While some people's needs may be similar, we recognise that no two customers are the same. That's why we create bespoke care plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We’re here to make daily life safer, easier and more comfortable, whether you need:

  • Help with household chores or the weekly shop
  • A visit from someone to help you get dressed in the morning
  • A bit of short-term support in your home while you recover from an operation
  • Temporary respite care while your regular carer takes a break
  • A carer to stay with you overnight
  • Participating with activities for a member of your family who may need extra assistance with day to day life.

If you’re enquiring about Care for the first time and are unsure as to what to expect from a care at home service, or even what sort of support you might need, don't worry; our experienced team will be able to guide you through the process. Together, we will be able to come up with something appropriate to your specific circumstances, needs and preferences.

Whether you need a 30 minute daily visit or round-the-clock Care At Home, we provide the one-to-one care you need.
